Welcome to the Lima, Ohio ASTD Satellite Chapter!

We are a satellite chapter of the Greater Toledo Area ASTD. 

Our mission is to bring together Training and Development Professionals from the Northwest Ohio area to provide networking and learning opportunities.

We meet monthly at a variety of locations in the Lima area.  Our members or outside speakers provide information and learning experiences at each meeting.  Lunch is available at a nominal charge.  Our Calendar lists the upcoming meeting locations, times, and programs.

We extend a warm welcome to anyone in the Training and Development field to visit with us at our next meeting.  You will have the chance to meet others in your profession and to share experiences.

Some past programs have included Leadership Development, Return on Investment in Training, and Adult Learning Styles.
